This information was released by a human rights group and printed in the Washington Post?

Is this an Onion Post?

If these were US Soldiers, the WaPo would have them guilty and on death row in Leavenworth.

“its officials said they were being unfairly silenced.”

Telling the truth these days is not very popular. Obviously, it’s a new experience for Human Rights Watch, not to mention the WP.

Gee, ya think? They were only firing rockets with no guidance systems, each stuffed with some 40,000 ball bearings, into highly populated civilian areas.

"...as a party of an armed conflict governed by international humanitarian law," Hezbollah had "violated fundamental prohibitions against deliberate and indiscriminate attacks against civilians."

But ARABS can't do stuff like that! Only the US murders civilians! I can't stand it! I'm MEEEELTIIIIIINNGGGG!

Indiscriminate? Those civilians who died were TARGETED, with the handy “excuse” that if it hadn’t been for the Israelis fighting back, all this “collateral damage” would not have happened.

This is just how the Hezbollah prunes out the “politically unreliable”, by making the locals more afraid of THEM than they are of the Israelis.
