My question was, why aren’t we hearing this ‘explanation’ from Fred’s campaign rather than supporters on talk boards?
Perhaps it’s not the explanation, especially since we first expected an announcement back around the 4th of July, and that rumour floated for at least a couple of weeks with no clarification from Fred.
Also, not very convincing since there was a FR thread this week about how the MSM TV morning shows had provided twice the time to Dem presidential candidates than Republican, and no sign of complaints to the FEC. A far more clear-cut case of equal time considerations than Fred’s appearing in a TV drama.
The dilly dallying is, if there are explanations for all the rumours that don’t come about, then Fred’s organization should be clarifying immediately, but they only seem to add to the confusion.
