Close, but not quite. I have believed for a long time that after Hillary has her “Dean” moment and it will come, and Obama’s lack of credentials come through publicly, and they will, there will be an alternative. One who can unite a vast Democrat base and sound reasonable to many moderate to liberal Democrats. He is the one Democrat I would not want at the top of the ticket. He comes across as mainstream although he is liberal and he can ignite the Hispanic and minority bases in swing states like Arizona, Missouri, etc. He has White House cabinet credentials as well. Again, I want a republican president. But keep watch on Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico.
