Exactly right. A scary game for a so-so coach to schedule, because this CAN (and did) happen. People will still regard it as a monster upset because of the Div I-AA (or whatever it is now) thing, because it was the home opener for a BCS school AND because—like it or not—ASU will be judged by many by the company it is forced to keep. Its next five opponents? Lenoir-Rhyne, Northern Arizona, Wofford, Elon and Garner-Webb.

One for the ages for the ASU program. Congrats to ASU [until they play WFU]. In the old days ASU vs WFU was the opening game for both teams.

(And if nothing else, if you prove youre from ASU, you can probably get free beers in Columbus, Ohio right about now! :) ) Free beers? How about a full-blown meal at the best restaurant in Columbus, OH!

Bo is doing what he can from heaven to force Michigan to fire Lloyd Carr.

On the Big Ten Network, they said there were 109,000 in The Big House (capacity 107,501?).
As a PSU fan, I loved seeing Michigan get their comeupance.

Per ESPN, this is the first time since I-A and I-AA were split out in 1978 that a I-AA team has defeated a I-A team that was ranked in the Top 25 AP poll.

You still have your hands full of Wazzu right now, though.
This could be a great college season. Ever since the Fiesta Bowl, the game is great again.

"... I hardly think it is the biggest upset in college football history." It's the first time a Top 25 ranked team has ever lost to a lower division team in the history of college football.
Michigan was even ranked #5, in fact.
If you can think of a bigger upset, name it.

They already took the goal posts down in Boone.

I was born in University of Michigan’s hospital, so I’m a University of Michigan baby whether I want to be one or not. Both of my parents graduated from there. This is the worst football start for them, ever.

Thats what you deserve when you re-elect Granholm as governor.
I'm not sure if I go along with the logic...
BUT, I DO agree with the sentiment!!!
