I go to bed every night praying that the Clintons get some comeuppance for all they did in the 90s.

Mrs. Obama has the info. I sent it to her at her work. Edwards campaign chief Joe Trippi has it. I sent it to his home fax. Will they dare do anything about it?

the drive bys will hurt themselves trying to cover this one up.............watch Her campaign's about to go Krakatoa... and they're shoveling dirt over the maw. I bet they're all sighing with relief that they got Larry Craig tossed in their lap on Monday. An All-Katrina-Week would have been tough to justify.

It can now be told. How time flies. I met almost four months ago in person with Newsweek’s Mike Isikoff and laid it all out for him. Either he didn’t really want to write the story or his editors wouldn’t let him write it. People are very worried about what Hillary would do to them if they dare cross her and she gets the power she is seeking.

A subpoena will be very impressionable to Pellicano. He is another tangled web that nobody wants opened.

I agree. Imus had no live for Hillary. It was all a setup. Geraldo spoke of spitting on Malkin and so far I have heard no outrage.

Just curious but what would happen if Bill and Hillary never showed up? You know they both feel they are above the law and nothing can touch them and they can do as they please because of the judges they put in place during his presidency. What a blot on the American judicial system those two have been as well as the other two branches of government. Is there no way for truth, honesty and integrity to rise to the top and take these two out of the American body politic?

I totally agree. Here we are, about a week away from the trial and not a word from any of the media. This is one of the biggest trials during this election. Where is everyone? Or are we not to trust any of them?

Clinton counsel David Kendall of the powerful Washington DC law firm, Williams and Connolly, will endeavor to convince the three justices that his client is not a felon, should remain protected by Californias anti-SLAPP law, and should not join her husband and others as defendants. The court should quickly make its decision, and discovery can then proceed. If Kendall loses, he may appeal to the California Supreme Court. That procedure is not expected to be a lengthy one, and the court ruled previously that it would not throw out the case regarding the former impeached president. Thats the rub. Kendall isn't going to loose. The fix is in. 3 liberal California judges will agree with Kendall and dismiss the case. She walks.

Perhaps a catchy name that would help force the media to talk about it............maybe............ “Spiderman-gate” ?

Have depositions been taken and have they been transcribed?
Do we have any dates of when the party begins?

Keep up the good work, Doug, and keep safe.
Do Me a favour though, mate, will ya? Make sure you have people on your team that know the difference between 'lose' and 'loose', as the judge is not going to be too impressed with someone's intellectual grasp that does not -thereby lessening your attempt significantly. Word of experience here...

No one intends to depose Pellicano. By the way, while he is in prison and facing an upcoming trial, he remarried his ex so that she can’t be compelled to testify against him. That’s interesting, because I think she was helpful in the evidence that the prosecution has.

You are not understanding. The California Supreme Court has already said Bill stays in the case. This appellate hearing will determine whether she is brought back in to join him as a defendant. In either case, the most important thing is that she is going to be under oath. The trial judge make that abundantly clear to Kendall.
