The location of this war council tells alot about how the war is progressing. In January, if someone had predicted that Bush would be holding a war council in Anbar Province before the year was out, they would have outed themself as being a wingnut.
I made it my business to catch CNN’s take on his speech. All they focused on was his brief mention of troop-reductions... about 1% of his whole text.
