Who Does the Politically Active Base of the Democrat Party Support? Straw Poll
Democratics | 9.4.07 | Democratics

Posted on 09/04/2007 3:49:22 PM PDT by rface

A question was axed of Democrat Party Activists:

Just a quick snapshot, entirely unscientific, etc., but these polls do help us keep things in perspective, I think. The likely top nine prospective candidates are listed alphabetically, without comment. Don't worry--I won't argue with your choices or dispute your rationales--this isn't one of THOSE polls. If you choose "other," please specify in your reply. Also, if you vote please consider giving the poll a kick. Also, if you think these polls are a total waste of time, why the hell did you click on it? Also, yes, I've included a couple of potential candidates that haven't declared yet. If you've got a problem with that, post your own poll.....

.

Joe Biden.......... (2 votes, 2%)

Wes Clark.......... (9 votes, 10%)

Hillary Clinton.... (6 votes, 7%)

Chris Dodd......... (0 votes, 0%)

John Edwards....... (13 votes, 14%)

Al Gore............ (37 votes, 41%)

Dennis Kucinich.... (12 votes, 13%)

Barack Obama....... (6 votes, 7%)

Bill Richardson.... (2 votes, 2%)

Other.............. (3 votes, 3%)

.

margin of error = 0 %

FReepers might say that this kinda stuff means nothing......but there is a couple things that look like important developements.....like Obama, once the Liberal "Golden Child", has tarnished, like cheap brass.

And - Hillary! isn't doing any better....I mean - Wes Clark does better than Obama or Hillary....

.

Gore then Edwards and Kucinich! my Lord.....I bet Ron Paul would do better than Hillary or Obama within the Democrat Party base......

Lots of Q’s but will limit it to 2.

Who were the people polled?

Does this poll reflect that like Repubs, the Dems are unhappy with their current candidates also?

This survey actually just proves that the “politically active” Democrats are leftist morons. I could have told them that for free.

I bet Ron Paul would do better than Hillary or Obama within the Democrat Party base.

The only place cut and run could get any support is within the democrat party base. Why wasn't he included in this poll?
