“Craig ADMITTED TO IT”

What did he admit to?

Just a thought....what if this guy got set up and thought that a plea would settle it and the story would never come about?

Nah, nobody even knows who he is. He's only important in his own mind.

He might as well switch parties too!

You know, you might be on to something. Maybe the Dems have made him a deal.

You all should have listened to his announcement:

“Therefore it is with sadness and deep regret that I announce that it is my intent to resign from the Senate, effective September 30.” (Transcript from his website).

It is his INTENT to resign. He did not say that he resigned.
Now it’s his INTENT not to resign.

Bill

Exactly.

This tape shows Craig....right before his “resignation” speech....basically saying I have not given up, so make sure to craft it as the “intent” to resign, not specifically I resign etc.

Very wily.

In fact folks, I just looked up his resignation speech, and he DID say INTENT.

He changed the speech even though this phone call never made it to the right place.

It was not a resignation speech at all, the weasel.

He didn’t get railroaded. He got stung. Even if it was some sort of lib conspiracy behind it, thanks. These douche bags that rule us are hypocrites. Good riddance. Wide stance.... yeah right.

Back to values. About time.

Just what in the hell was a Sargent with 23 years on the force doing crawling around in toilets trolling for perverts?

I never heard it was a Sarg. I thought it was a younger guy, no?

I’ve been thinking about this. What did he actually do? Nothing! And I thought it was disgusting how the media played those tapes. That can’t be right. Big brother is watching you, even in the toilet.

That’s a great point. Why the heck would a high ranking officier engage in a bathroom investigation.... unless he KNEW that a big wig was involved?

Immature Toilet Humor Ping!

To be added to this ping list whether you like it or not :-)just make some stupid bathroom humor innuendo that has nothing to do with Larry Craig.(It doesn't even have to be funny, just a lame attempt)

Craig really blew it. He threw his life down the toilet. The only way he can resurrect his career is to suck it up, swallow his pride, get on his knees and ask for forgiveness.

The imbecile should have damn well hired a lawyer and gone after the cop. If he really believed the charges against him were that tenuous then there is absolutely no excuse for failing to get good legal representation. A quality lawyer could have gotten the charges thrown out. But instead Craig enters a guilty plea seven weeks later and hopes that whole mess will simply disappear.

If you are going to fight any charges against you then you must never cop a guilty plea in the first place. That's Introduction to Law 101.

Now Specter has convinced the imbecile that he should reconsider his resignation. Sh*t, Specter must truly despise his own party. With Pubbies like Arlen, why do we even need Democrats...?

"Just a thought....what if this guy got set up and thought that a plea would settle it and the story would never come about?"

I wondered that myself when this story first broke into the news. Then Megyn Kelly on FoxNews said that she had done quite a bit of research on the internet about just how queer sex is solicited in public places like the restroom. (my descriptive term, not hers)exactly what Craig is reported to have done ... and you have to keep in mind that he really didn't deny the hand or foot gestures, he just denied that they meant anything out of the way.

For what it's worth.
