Democratic donor Norman Hsu fails to appear for bail hearing (Man on the run)

Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu (SHOO) has failed to appear for a bail hearing in Redwood City.

Hsu forfeits the $2 million bail he posted last week. A judge has issued a new warrant for his arrest.

Hsu's lawyer says he doesn't know where he is.

Hsu has been a fugitive in California for 15 years during which time he became a top donor to Democratic candidates, including presidential contenders Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama.

Hsu pleaded no contest in 1991 to a felony count of grand theft, admitting he'd defrauded investors of $1 million in a bogus investment scam.

Prosecutors say he was facing up to three years in prison when he skipped town before being sentenced.

Federal Election Commission records show Hsu donated $260,000 to the Democratic party and candidates since 2004.

Hillary, Bill and the Democratic Party in General is UTTERLY CORRUPT, and a danger to liberty as we know it...

But, since they support the faggot agenda, they will get a complete pass on this from the mainstream (and largely gay) media.

By the way, did ya hear about the Gay Republican?

“No one is going to believe in the innocence of the Clintons.”

Now, why would you kill yourself over someone else guilt or innocence?

I thought it was $2,000,000 his 10% would be $200,000. I also understand he didn’t have to surrender his passport. Any bets one what country he’s now “visiting”?

I’m sure Dog would love chasing this guy down. He has a picture of Bush in his office.

How did he even get bond at any price. I thought he was convicted, had be given and agreed to jail time and then failed show for jail for 15 years. Proper response would have been to throw him in jail where he belonged and let him make any legal filings from there. He doesn’t need time to get his affairs in order; he’s already had 15 years.

$2 million from the Red Chinese Army is chump change compared to what they got from the Clintons.

Precisely.

That was my understanding as well.

The big surprise that he was given bail at this point, not that he’s skipped it.

Isn’t it insane if the judge didn’t require him to surrender his passport? Not that Chinese intelligence would have any trouble giving him another one.

I agree Paul. And by the way, I think you can safely update that quote from Reagan. As evidenced by our trade policies today, we’re perfectly happy to be trade patsies.

O.K. Giving bail to a fugitive with connections to foreign governments, not taking his passport, and not keeping a tail on him. Incompetence has nothing to do with this one. At the very least, the judge deserves removal from office, if not outright prosecution. Where the hell was the FBI on this one? All I can say is I hope he’s at Gitmo.

IIRC, Superior court judges do not show party affiliations. They are on the ballot and we vote for them every six years.

From the lyrics to "Shoo Shoo Baby" by the Andrews Sisters, circa 1942+/-.....

Bye, bye, bye baby
Don't cry baby
Shoo, shoo, shoo baby
Do-dah do-day
Your papa's off to the seven seas

Any questions where "Hillary's Shoo Shoo Baby" has gone??

Not sure/unlikely that a bondsman was involved. Hsu operates in the mega-bucks galaxy and likely has no need to stoop to having a bondsman spring him. Therefore, no payday...
