Y'know, it just dawned on me. ...could as well happened in Milwaukee.

Considering the immigrant population, it could well happen that there will be a tipping point there where the immigrants imported culture takes over.

The pathologies of Africa do not come from the geography, but from the persistent cultural attitudes of the people, and these cultural attitudes do not magically disappear when they move elsewhere

There are/were White Catholics in South Africa? Every white South African I have met was either Dutch Reformed, Jewish, or Anglican.

Whoopi Goldberg just said that burning people isn’t unusual in that part of the world.

"Considering the immigrant population, it could well happen that there will be a tipping point there where the immigrants imported culture takes over."

Yup.
Torching human beings *alive*, notwithstanding. ;^)

"The pathologies of Africa do not come from the geography, but from the persistent cultural attitudes of the people..."

So true.
Enough to inspire a book on the subject, I'd say.
Something aptly titled, "The Bell Curve" for example? {g}

"...and these cultural attitudes do not magically disappear when they move elsewhere."

Agreed.
These things are *hardwired*.
Mere change in geographical location equates to nothing but geographical distance

Busing proved [it] and where [that] lesson stopped/failed, Islam picked-up. ;^)

Nuts.

...just nuts.

The city of Durban is currently in the process of renaming all its major streets and facilities after Communists, including Castro.

Nothing would surprise me in the “new” South Africa.
