Don't underestimate your enemy. He was reported in the NY Times to have maxxed his SAT, i.e. he scored 1600 back when the SAT was more difficult. He's gotten away with so much crap, his emotions and instincts have gotten the better of him. Schumer voted to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against Iraq.
