If so, why is he holding hands with her?
If not, why is he holding hands with him?
(Normally, I wouldn't judge a person before hearing all the evidence, but this is Durham, so I'll just assume Nifong's guilty of adultery.)

Gee, he didn’t even clean up. I made my son shave, shower and put on his dress slacks and shirt. Then he had to stand for five hours because there wasn’t a chair or bench to sit on that wasn’t covered in urine or fecal matter or drugs or spit. Fortunately, his football training gave him the stamina to do it. I’d have passed out on the floor and come up with hepatitis.

The miscreants in this matter who escaped justice are CGM, Broadhead and the his Duke lynch mob, and the other "liberals" who were so eager to destroy the lives of the Lax boys.Well, I get boiling mad about that too. Type liberal academia knee-jerk reaction. Hasn't the university already settled out of court with the wrongly accused / bankrupted families?
The power leaders in the state legislature (Jim Black for one) and Sleezly Easily are just as arrogant, corrupt and bitter to my palette.
