Jack Thompson has filed documents with a federal court in Florida requesting to subpoena President George W. Bush for a deposition to retain Thompsons license to practice law. Thompson, the bane of gamers everywhere, is in the midst of two ethic complaints which were filed by the Florida Bar and will face a court appointed mediator on November 26th. Wacky Jacky is currently suing the mediator, Judge Dava Tunis, along with the Florida Supreme Court and the Florida Bar.
Thompsons reasons for subpoenaing The President are a bit esoteric and would make great fodder for an X-Files episode or anything else in the realm of conspiracy theories and Science Fiction. This bit of paranoia stems from the nefarious Blank Rome law firm, which represents the defendants in the Strickland vs. Sony lawsuit where an 18-year old in Alabama was allegedly under the influence of Grand Theft Auto when he murdered two police officers and a police dispatcher in 2004. Apparently, the evil Blank Rome firm are lobbyists as well as Republican donors and Thompson believes that the law firm was the main culprit in having him thrown off the case by an Alabama Circuit Court judge in November, 2005.

Who will he subpoena next? Kim Jong Il? Gandhi? Moses?
Maybe he should try and subpoena Hillary! Then he’ll be set for life!..............
“Who will he subpoena next? Kim Jong Il? Gandhi? Moses?”
HAHA...my guess it that next person will be...YOU for starting this thread lol@Batjack.
Where are the guys in white jackets when you need them...
Lol it looks like he is trolling the comments on that link lol. (or someone is).
Links to old threads, for kicks?
I had no idea he was still around!
Ah, yes, I remember him well. For those who lost track, Jack’s current obsession (one of quite a long line) is the damage done to young psyches by violent - and some not-so-violent - video games. In anyone else’s hands this might be fodder for a reasonable debate; in Jack’s it has to involve international conspiracy at the highest level with billion-dollar payoffs and an army of brainwashed zombies controlled by the gnomes of Zurich. Yeech.
Have the sign-on dates been revised lately?
I see that I now have a 2002 sign-on date . . . but I was here long before that. In fact, I remember I was posting on another thread when the 9-11 live thread started up.
And I was the target of some of Wacky Jacky's lunacy back in the day . . . . I even remember A+Bert and classygreeneyedblonde!
But do you remember Ash Alerts and Kook Alerts?
He was a loony tune, and threatened to sue everyone from Jim Robinson down. His nickname "Batjack" came from his alleged proclivity to put Batman decorations all over his office. He was really hacked off when FR's proprietor, Jim Robinson, bounced his buns off FR, following his threats to sue Freepers for mocking him.
As I recall, he really had it in for Janet Reno, fellow Floridian, and he rather obsessed on her. No one on FR ever liked Reno, but Batjack went obscenely overboard on the subject.
*********Thompson gave Reno a letter at a campaign event requesting that she check a box to indicate whether she was homosexual, bisexual, or heterosexual. Thompson said that Reno then put her hand on his shoulder and responded, Im only interested in virile men. Thats why Im not attracted to you.**********
“But do you remember Ash Alerts and Kook Alerts?”
Right along with that idiot Eschoir. Some say he was a new incarnation of Ash.
BTW is Murry Mom still posting occasionally? Or has she finally gone the way of the rest of them?
Oh heck, just put the subpoena on the stack...
MurryMom is still around.
JT and Eschior. Two of the same kind.
Yep...lol. "Nutburger" is putting it mildly.
Then there’s always Michael Rivero...
