I haven’t heard anything and Doug is doing a speaking engagement and showing his video tonight.

I’m on my way down to Temecula to show a 43 minute video and give a speech. Gray Davis appointed judge seemed hostile to our side, but you never know how they will rule. We’ll know in about 10 days. If Kendall loses this round, he probably appeals to the Cal Supreme and gets more delays. I don’t know how long he can delay, but they are pretty good.

Here is very interesting news. A friend of mine, who was at an Obama rally today and who had met him before, got to briefly tell him about the case. Obama said he didn’t know about it. Okay, Barack, go do something about it!

I don’t know when I can report again. It may be very, very late tonight. Wish I had more time. Out.

I only saw one reporter - from the AP. He did not ask any questions after the hearing. Okay, on to a fun two hour drive in Friday late afternoon traffic.

I talked to Doug on the train to the hearing, and again on the train from it. Appeals decisions in the American system is not immediate. It may be a surprise to y'all that in English law jurisdictions, appeals decisions ARE rendered immediately after the argument is completed.

Doug will post after he's had dinner with his family and decompresses, I'm sure. Expect the court decision in about three months, give or take a few minutes.
