The eyes, brows and bridge of the nose look suspiciously different. UBL must have had a fabulous makeover.......or someone else did.

The end of the nose in the 2007 picture looks like it has putty formed around it and the bridge of the nose is visually different from the 2004 picture. The eyebrows are different. The eyecolor is different too.
I don't think it's him.
