The formal ballot title of the initiative was assigned last week by the Attorney General: “Nuclear Energy. Removal of Prohibitions on the Construction of Nuclear Power Plants.” FYI Ping.

The 9th Circus Court will over rule the ballot initiative as ‘Unconstitutional’ if it passes for Kalifornicans to have more reliable and cheaper power as it discriminates against alternative energy lifestyles.

This is a perfect opportunity to put the Democrats on the spot on environmental protection and safe and reliable electrical power. France has had nuclear power plants in most of its cities for decades without any problems. The Dems admiration for Western Europe is selective.
