Why not SUE them?

Take away their money and you take away their voice.

I’d rather see Soros indicted than sued.

Why not SUE them?

While this outfit was started by the genius who made his millions by "inventing" the toasters screensaver and then selling his appropriately named and located Berkeley Systems company during the late great Internet bubble, it is now supported by the bottomless well of George Soreass, so suing them would not accomplish much.

Unfortunately, sue them for what? Fred is right on to make a call for the rat party to repudiate Moveon because that puts the focus on the rats as a party and not on Moveon whom they can say does not represent them (a bald faced lie). I think Fred took the right approach. Their ad is protected speech and since the general is by his position a public figure it won’t be libel. I would be looking for a direct pipe of money to the rats that goes directly to Soros by way of Moveon and attempt to use that against them too.
