BBC Tells Kids U.S. Brought 9/11 on Itself

By John Stephenson | September 11, 2007 - 15:50 ET

The BBC decided to set up a website explaining 911 to kids. They have several sections set up to help the kids out on understanding the war on terror the BBC way. In one section they ask, Why Did They Do It? Guess who gets the blame?

The way America has got involved in conflicts in regions like the Middle East has made some people very angry, including a group called al-Qaeda - who are widely thought to have been behind the attacks.

In the past, al-Qaeda leaders have declared a holy war - called a jihad - against the US. As part of this jihad, al-Qaeda members believe attacking US targets is something they should do.

When the attacks happened in 2001, there were a number of US troops in a country called Saudi Arabia, and the leader of al-Qaeda, Osama Bin Laden, said he wanted them to leave.

Thats right! It is the U.S. fault! We offended the world! Read the whole thing and watch your blood boil. Not a single word condemning Al Qeada in the whole thing. In fact it defends them in non judgemental terms. As your blood pressure rises keep in mind this is aimed towards children. Hopefully your head doesn’t explode!

Once you cool back down and want to see people who are giving real and genuine remberance and tribute to the memory of 911...I have a post up at Stop The ACLU that has collected links from several blogs that are doing so.

Maybe when al quaeda attacks them, killing thousands of their fellow countrymen, they can ask their children, “What did we do to make them mad?”

The brits are just nostalgic for the days when they were the most despised by America.

Luckly, the British people don’t agree. Does the BBC remember the old say “The Sun never sets on the British Empire”? Look in the mirror BBC......you may not like what you see.

The BBC is just conditioning the little Britons to Islamo-fascism’s takeover of Britain in a few years...

Yes, Osama Bin Laden wanted the US to leave, therefore the 3,000 innocent people that had nothing to do with that had to die.

BBC [says] U.S. Brought 9/11 on Itself

Hell, the best and brightest Bee-brain editors at the Sacramento Bee published that within hours of 9/11/01. They did allow however that we were partly to blame. So I guess that makes 'em rabid right wingers in the eyes of fellow MSM employees.

Within a few weeks the publisher of the Bee was booed off the stage for saying the same and for blasting Bush and Ashcroft for being mean to terrorist suspects.

You don't have to look overseas for the enemy.

THE BBC SITE IS CORRECT!

The problem is that it is incomplete. They need to add that Bin Laden wanted the US to leave because those troops didn't share his religion. They were different and so he wanted them to leave or worse, have them killed.

Thus, 9/11 happened because of religious intolerance!

Of course, if Americans are the victims, then that's okay with some people at the BBC, and the word "intolerance" never gets mentioned.

And the way Germany was treated after World War One made Germans very angry, so Hitler was justified. Right, BBC?
