Did the police take a picture of the man taking a picture or what?

I hope that the dashboard camera that usually are on board state police cruisers caught his image so that an APB/BOLO can be issued.

CC: John Walsh, national TV news, etc..

It boggles the mind why the trooper didn't have the guy cool his heels while he ran is name and driver's license number, tags, VIN, etc. through NCIC, which I would hope is linked to DHS databases....

A picture would not do much good. These guys a good, very good at disappearing. Their still looking for the two men seen on several Washington State Ferries and they had great photos of those guys.
