GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) - Disgraced Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu (shoo) has been released from a hospital in Grand Junction and is in jail in Mesa County.
Sheriff's officials say Hsu was booked on an outstanding warrant charge from California. An advisement hearing is scheduled for tomorrow (1:30 p.m.).
Hsu has been wanted as a fugitive for missing his sentencing on a 1991 grand theft case to which he had pleaded no contest. He failed to show up for a bail hearing last week in California.
He was placed under arrest last week at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction after being taken off an Amtrak train bound for Chicago.
Unsealed court documents show that an anonymous tipster who told the FBI Hsu was in the emergency room led to his arrest.
Hsu raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Democratic candidates and groups until his theft conviction came to light.
Many of those candidates -- including Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton -- have announced plans to return or donate Hsu's election contributions to charity.

This dude should be turned over to anyone who will water board his crooked ass and get ALL of the truth out of him — before Hillary has him killed or orders him to commit suicide.
Smart move for a felon to maybe, just maybe keep a lower profile.

And Joel Rosenman was sent out to take the fall for the Clintons!!! Rosenman, Bernard Schwartz, Stephen Schwartzman, Hsu, Cheng, and ANY and ALL others close to the Clintons are DIRTY!!
Mr. Hsu should feel lucky the police got to him before operatives for the beast could. He may be jailed but he’s still breathing.
If he is smart, he will sing like a canary.
On the other hand, we may find out just how long the tentacles of the beast really are...
And soon, before he can be silenced.
