Thank you for the ODFW phone numbers. No doubt they're shut down tonight, but I plan to call first thing tomorrow morning, if I can get through.

First I'd heard of it was on the 10:00 p.m. KGW-TV News. Apparently this has been ongoing all day, but KATU-TV, which we watch at 5:00 p.m., hasn't had anything about it.

If you kill those deer, who is in the wrong. A family who cared for the dear, protecting her for 5 years and willing to continue or you idiots who think it's somehow more important to go by the book and put her and her baby, down.

We call that a no brainer in Ohio. We love all forms of life. (Well, very unfortunately, we do house one of the full term abortionists) An injured or deformed deer who obviously couldn't make it on her own in the wild - for her there is only one other option and it's not the one that has worked just fine for 5 years. Like so many things in your state, there is only one word that comes to mind.
