Pontificating Columnist George Will, who holds himself out to be an expert on most things, has decreed that Fred Thompson's candidacy is unnecessary. Oh well, Fred, nice try but I guess you should just drop out. If George says it, it must be true! Right?

He has been a wordsmith for decades, waxing eloquent in columns and being a "talking head" on Sunday Morning News Shows that reach who? The same elitist, chattering-class, inside-the-beltway crowd he clearly must run with.

Bob Beckel: “Fred Thompson is the Left’s worst nightmare.”
That's a good quote!! Beckel gets all riled up on H&C and it's fun to watch him squirm...just say "SwiftBoat" to him and watch him explode!!
Every once in awhile he throws out a bit of truth, if he realizes it or not.

and it will get more shrill.

This is literally a new media oriented campaign. It is not a ancillary to a standard campaign.

All the talking hairstyles are feeling job insecurity.

Retail politics on a high tech coast to coast (INCLUDING alaska and hawaii) level.

If you are a Hollywood actor, lawyer, influential lobbyist who becomes a senator and then dedicates his political career to legislation designed to prevent other people from having influence on the political process as you are frequenting Washington dinner parties with Margaret Carlson hanging on your elbow....you might be an elitist.

George Will was great about 10 years ago. He needs to put the coffee cup down and take the bathrobe off. And ask Maureen Dowd for a date to one of Sean Hannity's Freedom Concerts for a change. They could smile and have fun together. I saw the one in San Diego. It's so good a sour-puss can smile.

Sean is the best concert promoter for charity causes you can find. ONLY IF the charity has a real heart felt duty for our active duty freinds and family.
