CNSNews.com) - Organizers of an anti-war protest scheduled for Sept. 15 said Wednesday that the demonstration will be "unlike any other" as activists gather to demand an immediate end to the war.
The protest, organized by Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER), begins with a rally near the White House, continues with a march to the U.S. Capitol, and concludes with a "die-in" that organizers estimate will involve approximately 1,000 people lying down near the Capitol in a symbolic effort to represent dead U.S. soldiers and dead Iraqis.

Wasn't she going to go home finally?
Cindy and Rosie are both suffering from lack of attention.
Yet another protest unlike any other.
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus
A suggestion: The “die in” would have more impact if it were not mock.
Just trying to be helpful.
“Why pretend?”
My thoughts, exactly.

We already know what to expect.
Pictures should be hilarious as usual.
‘Cindy and Rosie are both suffering from lack of attention.’
Yep. Gotta give Sean Hannity credit, he predicted Momma Whacko couldn’t get over not being the center of attention.
“Wasn’t she going to go home finally?”
I love it. All those idjits using tactics from decades ago in the internet age.
They were able to get away with it in the past because of the news filters.
Is it possible to bottle skunk scent?
Unlike any other? It seems like they have these things at least once a month. The more they scream and moan the less things change. They have so many protests that no one is keeping track anymore. It’s like they are diluting their own efforts.
In any case I wish I could be in DC with the decent people this weekend. I hope there are no injuries and that these advocates for peace don’t assault anyone, or spit on any service people. If they do, the Move America Forward people had better catch it on tape. Maybe the GOP will get some spine and run those videos in next year’s campaign, tying the Democrat party to these animals.
Somone should be there to pass out bars of soap...it’s really, really, going to reak there...and not just from the stench of idiocy by these “protestors”
is she announcing her upcoming wedding to bin laden?
I thought she was engaged to Hugo.
Well, you could just stuff a dead skunk into a blender then pour the results into one of those pump spray things you use on your garden then take it to the hippie festival......
I wondered the same thing.
I'm assuming that you meant to put that in quotes ... :^)
Seriously, though, the irony of these nitwits holding a 'die-in' to 'honor' dead soldiers and Iraqi civilians is mind-boggling, considering the 'solution' that they champion -- US withdrawal, defeat, and surrender. When the number of Iraqi civilian deaths increases by an order of magnitude after we leave (if their 'Rat buddies in Congress get their way), it's fairly clear what the moonbats' response will be then:
{{{{{crickets}}}}}
Also remember that as far as the MSM is concerned:
Two protesters on a corner, shouting "Bush Sucks" = dozens.
Handful of protesters, some with signs, standing out front of a Federal office = hundreds.
Busload or two of protesters, some with signs and at least one big stupid papermache puppet = Thousands.
You can buy skunk scent at just about any hunting goods store.
(Its used to mask human scent.)
Hundreds of thousands turn out for a Promise Keeper rally -- 'a few thousand right-wing Christians'.
10,000+ for Gathering of Eagles - 'a few hundred Republican war supporters'.
I would be much more impressed if, instead of a fake “die-in”, they actually killed themselves.
Wait, “impressed” isn’t the right word....
Ah, “happier” is the word I’m looking for.
Organizers of an anti-war protest scheduled for Sept. 15 said Wednesday that the demonstration will be “unlike any other” as activists gather to demand an immediate end to the war.
“We’re going to whine and moan, offend by sight and odor, and just generally trash up the place! Oh, wait, it is going to be just like the other protests.”
You left out "Bigoted" "Hate-filled" "Homophobic" and "Closeted Gay".
I hate the MSM.
I’ll start worrying when they show up with guns and a noose.
Quick, somebody get there ahead of the “die-ins” and spread itching powder all over the sidewalk.
Say, before they have their “die-in,” maybe they should have a nice, refreshing cup of cold kool-aide?
That's been done a few thousand times, even on stop-smoking commercials. How is that "different"?
The will meet a Gathering of Eagles, too.
Just a thought...
There is no serious anti-war movement. They get fewer and fewer of these guys to show up at these things.
“Quick, somebody get there ahead of the die-ins and spread itching powder all over the sidewalk.”
It might also be fun to release a couple dozen mice amongst all those ‘dead’ lefties...nothing brings out the real character of a feminist stalwart quite like the unexpected discovery of a small rodent close by...
Is ANYONE from South Jersey going? Willing to share a ride or room??? (Hell. I’ll drive us in my car).
I cannot believe that no one from down here is going. Every post and e-mail I have sent has been unanswered in any way.

So, this will be unlike any other protest of its kind because . . . ? Will they actually die?
Unlike any other? It seems like they have these things at least once a month. The more they scream and moan the less things change. They have so many protests that no one is keeping track anymore. Its like they are diluting their own efforts.
Its a good place to congregate and buy and sell weed.
Here’s an idea. Round up about 1000 loyal American carrying flags to go stage a die in at Harry Reid’s office, or Cindy Sheehan’s home, if she has one. I would love to join in that!
Hmmmmm
Cindy who?
Well, except that I’d want to stage a demonstration of support for the troops and the Iraqi people who do want us over there to help them. A “die-in” would suggest we are against the war.
