Tancredo and Hunter are the only ones that get it on this issue! I wish we had more like both of them in Babylon-on-the-Potomac!
The 14th Amendment states that those born to people not subject to our jurisdiction are not citizens. Mexico legally declared that all children born to Mexicans (no matter their subsequent status) are de facto Mexican citizens.
Problem solved via Mexico's own words - Mexican aliens and their spawn are deportable as non-citizens. How ironic that they passed that while trying to claim shares of the huge money being passed as remittances.
Bush has failed to honor his oath of office to protect America from invasion, and that will be the first line in his miserable legacy.

They are deaf, they WANT this invasion as much as Jorge Arbusto does. You would think the (former) ACLU would be right on this, but they take the exact opposite side, they now try to protect the rights of Mexicans, not Americans.
Jorge is finishing up the job that his Daddy started and Clinton continued. They're all peas in a pod, they're blood brothers, and none of them have America's interests at heart, that is clear.

That's what it's looking like. Fred scares me because, as far as I've been able to see, he won't comment upon the NAU. IMO a REAL American would have plenty to say against the NAU, and explain why.
I like Tom Tancredo a LOT too, and hope that he would be appointed as the head honcho of Homeland Security. We need a REAL one of those too!
