John Ziegler has an exclusive interview with Alfred Beardsley - the guy held up by OJ.
Listen at www.kfi640.com
HEY DOUG I listening I think Orenthal going implode one of these days he going do something
He going get shot or comitt murder AGAIN
So did it end up that OJ was a long time member of Islam the way he was already cutting off heads years ago?
He’s not recanting his accusation that OJ robbed him at gunpoint. I dearly hope the cops and DA can make this one stick.
*sigh* I miss Ziegler. Damn liberals ran him off of WHAS in Louisville several years ago!!
Ditto that...but, for whatever reason, he's as bulletproof as Hillary "Rodman" Clinton.
Ain't gonna happen.
This man is pathological and should be locked up for everyone’s good, including his.
I hope his kids one day wake up and relaixe he killed their mother... and disown him
maybe with an admission he confessed to them..
AND a nice long rant on how blacks should be ashamed of themselves for supporting an obvious murderer, just because he was also black.
A guy can dream, can’t he?
Listened to Larry Elder today ... and it turns out that Sidney and Justin [his children by Nicole] were the ones who drew up a tight corporation to publish "If I Did It" cutting out the Goldmans and the Brown families.
They are being used by him ... but they are both ADULTS now so they have to be held accountable.
It was only due to persistant legal challenges by the Goldman family that the corporation was defeated. The judge ruled that the book would be sold. So the books was going to be published.
"He's just a murderer...Obi-John (Cochran) can no longer help him."
I have wondered, by his actions over the years since he escaped his fate that he isn't a prime example of the guilty person subconsciously sabotaging himself ala Dostoevsky's "Crime and Punishment"
Here’s hoping Nevada can prosecute him, put him in prison where he can be beaten to death (a la Jeffrey Dahmer) and justice can be served at last.
I’ve always wondered why the press had it in for OJ? Perhaps they simply haven’t the clarity to understand the significance of an audit trail, or lack thereof. Sure, the LA police might just have been sloppy, but with no blood, DNA or other physical evidence I would hope no jury would convict without awfully good circumstantial evidence, and I saw no such thing during the OJ trial, which presented inadmissible socks, inadmissible drops of blood, etc. etc.
One presumes they presented what they had, and clearly eliminated what didn’t fit their story, including all evidence submitted by one of the two criminologists. Amazing! Amazing too that while some people must have had at least a little experience with biochemical processes, that this fact is seldom referred to. Had this apparent corruption of the chain not been in evidence there might have been enough circumstantial evidence to convict him. But with only one Criminalist’s signature, the whole investigation was more than tainted, it was irrelevant.
Inadmissible, but relevant, was that Nicole had a cocaine habit as did her roommate who had just returned from a drug treatment facility. The Goldman boy was apparently a small time dealer, but that was not in evidence, or relevant to whether OJ did it. (That is pretty common in the Chichi restaurant business, as some of my recovering friends can attest). That doesn’t mean that OJ didn’t also do drugs, but his children trust him and live with him. The Goldmans appear to have created a cottage industry around what is left of OJ’s wealth.
OJ - “I will never rest until I have found the REAL robber,,,even if I have to search every golf course in the country!”
suppose I grant your technicl argument, let me ask you this- Do you think OJ killed them?
On CNN website:

It's one thing to say that the prosecution and law enforcement screwed up in a variety of ways. It is another thing to disregard the dna/blood drop evidence as inadmissable. It is dishonest to say that there was a lack of a circumstantial evidence.
And finally it is completely dishonest to attempt to lay blame at Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman's feet and imply that there is strong evidence that it was someone in Nicole's supposed circle of cocaine friends, dealers that is the stronger avenue of possibility.
So you argue that you saw no evidence at trial that was relevant or legal and yet you comfortably, and with conviction, give a strong possibility that it involved drugs. You also jump to a conclusion that Ron Goldman was known as a coke dealer and support that by stating that this is standard operating procedure in this particular subset of the restaurant industry.
Whether evidence was tainted or just clerically compromised, you are apparently comfortable with the trial's result so congratulations - a double murderer went free.
Quick suggestion - go to TMZ.com and listen to the audio of this latest OJ episode. Then tell me you think he is innocent all over again.
