One could get rather comfortable in calling those on the left stupid. But we got a bunch of not so bright bulbs on the right also.
At any rate. Anyone who has followed world events of recent times surely cannot deny that oil was not a part of the equation.
Saddam was a near perfect image of Stalin in so many ways. Domination was his game and selling nukes to goons was his aim, along with a varied assortment of other goals.
