how was the trip... and the sights?
The Dutch are the NICEST people...and the women are good looking and friendly. In fact, the whole country (at least around Amsterdam) is friendly. Haven't been in city center yet, but will go tonight.
Went to the hotel bar last night around midnight and a group of Dutch Sony employees were there, saw me with my iPod in my ears and started to kid me...bought me a few beers. Also, food is great, trains and trams are organized and run on time. Some Dutch still thank us for WWII.
EVERYONE speaks English and sounds (almost) American since they watch American television with subtitles, rather than having it dubbed as they do in Germany, France and Italy. That's why the Dutch speak with less of an accent and use American idioms. Fascinating.
