There has been a "NAFTA super-railway" for some years now -- and if Corsi had done some research on Canadian National Railway he would have learned this before revealing his ignornance in print.

It's amazing you can't see the forest for the trees. The Canadian National Railways only existed on a map but did not become a physical entity until the merger of those railways on September 4, 2007. If you clicked on the links you would also seen similar announcement of the mergers. If you had bothered to heed you own advice and read the article more carefully you would have avoided revealing your own ignorance.

And, no, if you were wondering whether personally view this as a NAU takeover, just a quip on [maybe] Canadians boasting of how great their railway is—it extends deep into the United States (having read the other comments here, probably shouldn’t have posted it; it might be read in a way it was not intended to be read).
