As if the courts aren't jamed up enough!!!
This nut should be made to pay all court costs for wasting the court's time and resources.

I honestly think that God is laughing.

If I were that dude I would be seriously skeered at the rumble of thunder or any sign of lightening.

If Chambers gets a good old fashioned smiting like he’s begging for, will the county sheriff put out an arrest warrant for murder?

Now that George Burns is dead, Morgan Freeman will have to show up as the defendant.

He says the suit is to fight possible laws restricting the filing of frivolous lawsuits. Chambers tells KPTM FOX 42 News that his lawsuit is in response to bills brought forth by other state senators to try and stop lawsuits from being filed.

Point A. While God is pretty good at Discovery, since he knows when a sparrow falls, the plaintiff is going to have to go to great lengths to serve a subpoena.
Point B. It will be interesting to see which denomination will be held as liable.

While anyone can “file” a suit, nothing in the Constitution requires a court to prosecute it. The judiciary used to do a better job of telling the idiots to take their beef to the people and the lawmakers, and leave the courts to adjudicate the laws that people of written. In as much as no court can either find, or declare representation for “God” or obtain “redress” from God, such a suit is not merely “frivilous”, it shows the Senator to be an idiot.

I am wondering if public acts of insanity are grounds for impeachment.

How can the people of Nebraska elect such dopes? And at what point does the average guy revolt over these fools?
