He represents the slummy part of Omaha, and wears ragged sweatshirts on the house floor. he’s a loud-mouthed rabble rousing scumbag of the jackson-sharpton variety. Most Nebraskans are rightfully ashamed of him, even though they have a tendancy to elect some real dopes, Hagel, Kerrey, etc.
