Age of Irresponsibility: Bush has created a moral vacuum in Iraq

Sept. 20, 2007 - Imagine a universe where a man can gun down women and children anytime he pleases, knowing he will never be brought to justice. A place where morality is null and void, and arbitrary killing is the rule. A place that has been imagined hitherto only in nightmarish dystopian fiction, like “1984,” or in fevered passages from Dostoevsky—or which existed during the Holocaust and Stalinist purges and the Dark Ages. Well, that universe exists today. It is called Iraq. And the man who made it possible is George W. Bush.

Imagine a universe where any author can write up charges against George W. Bush, blaming him for everything from tight socks to hard teddy bears. This universe exists in the liberal mind.

Liberals value order above liberty.

Wow, idiots like M. Hirsh just can’t be more transparent...this article points to precisely where morality is null and void and it is not with GWB.

Blackwater! Blackwater! The closest to black water this bedwetter has ever been was when he was stall-hopping with Keith Olbermann in the boys bathroom at Toys R Us.

Ummm, lets see...

Russia, China, Cuba, Venezula, North Korea, Iran, Lebanon, shall I go on?

I wonder why the author has no problem with those particular immoral universes? Oh, right, they can’t be blamed on Bush or the USA so they must be ignored.

More hyperventilating sillyness from another silly Leftist.

I love it when those who have NO morals (Just an over inflated sense of self-importance) attempt to lecture those who do about their supposed failings.

I don't have to imagine such a place, this is the perfect description of Saddam Hussein's Iraq, and the Taliban's Afghanistan. As for imagining a place where morality is null and void, all I need do is imagine anywhere that liberals gather.

This sounds like a description of any large American city (think Philadelphia). What is the convection rate for murder in the US?

Do you mean a place like L.A. or Miami overrun by street gangs armed to the teeth and willing to open fire among any population of civilians?

And the libs have created a vast moral vacuum in this country. Cracks me up...lets talk about the Age of Irresponsibility....
where shall we start? Katrina comes to mind...the Gov and the Mayor never took responsibility for their errors. The people still wont make them or acknowledge any kind of self responsibility. Its the federal governments fault.

Or the deficit? ..how much do we spend on entitlements? how much money is rolled into unrelated bills?
oh yes entitlements? ...lets see the neverending hand outs...the what have you done for me lately rampant thinking..
Just listened to the news this morning ..another shooting death in Philly...oh yes ...responsibility...

Just found a few mistakes to edit...........

Sept. 20, 2007 - Imagine a universe where an American can attack his own nation in time of war with extremist enemy propaganda anytime he pleases, knowing he will never be held to any kind of standard whatsoever, in fact actually celebrated and given great voice beyond his worth. A place where morality is null and void, and arbitrary undermining of heroic troops in the battlefield fighting for democracy is the rule. A place that has been imagined hitherto only in nightmarish dystopian dreams of tyrants and dictators, helping to achieve the true goal and dream of islamo facist to rot us from within and have be destroyed or kneel before Islam. Well, that universe exists today. It is called liberalism, or the modern term “progressive” and it is the pumping heart of the democrat party. And the MSM has made it possible for they are one and the same.

Is this moron’s argument that under Saddam and the Bathists Iraq was a country with morals?
How derailed is the left?

The sad conclusion is that America’s best are putting their life on the line to give scum like this a chance to publish this garbage.

Contractors should not be immune from prosecution.
War is hell but it doesn’t legitimize murdering the innocent. If any of this occurred they must be held accountable.
