""I think it helps the general public realize that Muslims are part of the fabric of American society," said Afsheen Shamsi of the New Jersey office of the Council on American Islamic Relations."

We do not need any Muslims serving in any Judicial capacity. Especially anyone that CAIR supports. Just say no to shira law

An outspoken advocate for Muslims, Mohammed is also known for his conciliatory style and ability to broker compromises.

His first compromise will be traditional Muslim fare:

Christians will be offered a choice: convert, pay a tax, or be killed.

After all, why waste time, when you can cut to the chase?

Is it possible for a devout follower of Islam and the Koran to arbitrate and fairly judge on American law derived from Judeo-Christian tenets? Parts of the Koran are contrary to our established constiturional law.

Uh, will that be the New Jersey and U.S. legal systems, or sharia? Only in New Jersey. Oh, and the guy “specializes in immigration law,” which means he is already complicit in subverting and avoiding the immigration laws of our country to the benefit of his fellow Muslims. Sen. John Girgenti should be removed from office.

It’s an article of his faith that the testimony of a Muhammedan man is worth more than that of an infidel or a woman.

His oath of office should include a statement refuting such doggerel and he should have to such an oath with his hand on the Koran and facing several imams since his faith also permits lying to infidel.

Islam considers sharia law superior to all other forms of law.

Unlike Christianity, which teaches "render unto Caesar" and Judaism which teaches "dina d'malchusa dina" (the law of the land is the law).

This Moslem judge will ignore the constitution if it does not conform to sharia.

This is just like Tony Soprano getting himself a judge on the Jersey Bench as far as CAIR is concerned. Fuggetaboutit. You know what I’m sayin? I’m just sayin.

What has been his record so far as a judge? Just being a muslim should not be enough to disqualify him. It certainly isn’t during confirmation hearings.

“Mohammed, who specializes in immigration law, is a Sunni Muslim who has worked to educate the public about Islam and to build bridges between his community and the state’s political and law enforcement establishments.”

So, Mohammed, do the believe the Holocaust really happened?

And who was really behind the 9/11 attacks on the WTC?

Sohail Mohammed is a lawyer defending the Fort Dix plotters. A quote from this fellow: "Don't equate actions with religion...when the government says `Islamic militants,' it sends a message to the public that Islam and militancy are synonymous.." So we already know he is a liar.

And here he is commenting on the detention of illegal combatants: " You know, the Geneva Convention provides a mechanism, when, if there is a question about a POW status, it must be resolved by an independent judicial. It's not up to President Bush. It's not up to individual nations to decide..."

See this interesting interview with this fifth-columnist at http://ajacksonian.blogspot.com/2007/05/lawyer-to-terrorist-suspects.html

And here is his take on the murder of Coptic Christians in New Jersey: "Sohail Mohammed, the lawyer for the American Muslim Union, wrote to Attorney General Peter Harvey Wednesday seeking an investigation of comments made by some in the Coptic community in the days following the slaying of the Armanious family in January.

Mohammed said those comments might have been designed to dissuade Muslims from attending the funeral, and could have been intended to stir up anti-Muslim sentiment.

He noted that many Muslim leaders stayed away from the funeral. The handful who did attend were greeted with abuse and several had to be escorted by police officers from the church hall where the funeral was being held for their own safety, he said.

"We are concerned that those comments were deliberately intended to incite the public," Mohammed said....

See my tagline

Great, just great. Now they’re making inroads into public office. We’re doomed if this doesn’t stop. I don’t want to be judged by sharia law.
