That was my thought. The MSM will have that RINO/clown group on singing her praises and telling everyone how she’s a “uniter”. Then after a year in office she would starting bragging about how she’s had 7 years of economic growth. It’s what Bill did.
She is obviously talking about all of those of you who insist they are not going to vote if Rudy is our candidate. No vote is a vote for Hillary!

Both. Because she is dumber than a post, she thinks we are. Ironically, this is because she thinks she is so smart. She thinks she is so much smarter than the average person. She is not smart enough to realize that even someone without a college degree can spot a liar, a manipulator, a user. In fact, sometimes it takes longer for the bright and well-educated to do this, because they are temporarily dazzled by the arguments that on the surface sound plausible and polished, so that they don't trust their instincts.
