Hope his plane is taking him back to the ooze that he came from. Sorry, I have no use for this evil man.

I just feel so sorry for the honorable people in Iran that are under his rule.

My Iranian agent are such lovely people I cannot comprehend how it must be for them.

I keep praying that the people will finally rebel and overturn that vile governing system. I am sure that there are many honorable people there that are scared to death.

Columbia is just so irrelevant that no one really cares
what happens there. They are living back in the ‘70s!

Nope...even better, three generations of Hunters! Duncan D. (Marine serving 3rd tour - running for Congress), Bob Hunter (a Marine vet), and Duncan Hunter (173rd Airborn, Army Ranger).

Thanks ... nice Dose, snugs. God bless W .. he looks so weary in some of the pics. But when he smiles, he lights up the place. Condi looks spectacular ... and she’s dying to be the president of an NFL football organization ... LOL.

RETURN ON SUCCESS?
By Michael Barone

For most of the last year, the dominant narrative in most media, and for most voters, has been that we are getting nowhere in Iraq and that the Democrats, after their victory in last November’s elections, are going to get out of Iraq.

But events are not playing out that way. Last week, the Senate failed to pass an amendment that would have made it more difficult to rotate troops into Iraq — and passed, by a 72-to-25 margin, a resolution denouncing the moveon.org ad that attacked “General Betray Us” for “cooking the books.”

Polls show that the public approves of Petraeus’ performance and endorses his recommendations for going forward with the surge — the first margin of approval for the administration’s course of action in a long time.

Petraeus argued convincingly that we are making real progress in Iraq, that the downward spiral of violence has been turned around and that the battle against al-Qaida in Iraq is meeting with success. George W. Bush, in a Roosevelt Room interview with columnists, made it plain that he is determined to provide Petraeus with the troops he needs, and the Democratic Congress has made it plain that it will not stop him.

"the Democratic Congress has made it plain that it will not stop him."

I think it's more like the Democrat Congress has made it apparent that they cannot stop the President, though they'd surely love to do so!

That’s very good. Now, perhaps we might get serious about our southern land border, and, if Iran is sending lethal armaments into Iraq for killing American soldiers, President Bush might consider undertaking a meaningful counter action, in the interest of protecting said American soldiers.

Wonderful dose, snugs. The TV news was wall-to-wall Columbia University and the pres of Iran last night. Without the dose, we would not know anything of these other events.

I love the group “hug” of the 4 politicians. It was probably very noisy where they met - helicopters, etc.

And I am very curious about the Iranian plane going to Andrews Air Base for a few days. Things that make one go “hmmm?”

Maybe Andrews Air Base is a very secure Base seeing as AF1 and AF2 use it all the time so tight security is already in place.

It would not do the US any favour if some anti muslim type tried to take the Iranian President out.
