Oil refinery expansion does not seem to be related to the Iranian gas pipeline project referred to.

I recall a WSJ article from a month or two ago about an Indian refinery start-up saying frankly it was all about U.S. inability to build more domestic refineries due to enviros.

Yes, oil is going up by way of increased consumption in the countries of our trading partners. But imagine how high it will go, after Iran has nukes. Our near future will be interesting, indeed.

Two years ago the company I was working for was negotiating for some selected long lead items with the Engineering contractors involved on this project.

It has been around and well known for some time.
