Another display of Clintonion arrogance and their readiness to dictate every detail of what others may or may not do.

Just a small reminder of what life will be like when The Hilde-Beast Herself gets elected to the presidency.

Slick Willie has no legal standing here, but perhaps her biological father does. Let a jury decide...

Will I be sued for copyright infringement if I sell this letter in toilet paper form?

My guess is that the Clintons must have tried to hit the guy up for a big donation and he refused or didn’t respond, and as usual they’re acting like the petty little thugs that they are.

You’re right! THe owner should call his bluff!
He should insist on the right to post photos
of anyone and everyone who’ s already given their OK
for it! I can’t imagine Chelsea went to BJ and said
“Daddy, that mean restaurant forced me to take a picture with the owner, then posted it, even though I told them not to, and the FOOD WASN’T EVEN GOOD!” PLease , Daddy, make them take it down!”. The owner’s standing up to Bubba, wouild only generate enormous negative publicity for Bubba, and in particular HILLARY and her presidential aspirations, but POSITIVE publicity for the restaurant! I am GOING TO CALL THEM!!!!

Probably because it’s a pic of Chelsea when she was still in her pre-surgery days when she looked like the love child of Web Hubbel and a cocker spaniel.

"The Sept. 18 letter from the office of William Jefferson Clinton says Chelsea is a private citizen and that although she may have eaten at the restaurant "this does not serve as an endorsement."

The Clinton consigliari made a huge mistake with this sentence. All the owner need say now is that the picture does not intend to be an endorsement of the restaurant by Chelsea, nor did it ever. The picture was displayed strictly through the owner's personal feelings of pride and joy at being able to meet such a celebrity". Case closed.

That said, this whole thing reveals the Clintons to be "petty and cruel tyrants". Such a heavy handed letter from the attorney of an ex-President to a Mom & Pop restaurant owner over the displaying of a nice photo of Chelsea and the owner is shocking. Imagine if this perverted duo of Communists gain control of the White House once again? Say goodbye to America.

Furthermore, as a private citizen, what business of Bill's is it if there's a picture of Chelsea somewhere?

Maybe he is acting as her lawyer

It can hardly be considered advertising since the viewers are already customers or prospective customers - they are inside the restaurant. It is not being used as an endorsement or a solicitation.

The letter specifies that it's in the front window.

No problem, he’s a whore, everything is for sale when it comes to the Rapist. Offer $ 500 bucks for the hag’s campaign and Bubba will let the owner put up whatever picture he wants of the ugly brat..

I've been to the place a few times. He keeps pictures inside the restaurant, some in the front window - but they are behind the flowers - you would have to really be looking for the picture.

There is no way you could just walk past the place and be led to think - hey! Chelsea must eat here! I will too!

My thoughts exactly.

“Dear Mr. Band,

Before discussing this matter further, please provide us with a signed and notorized copy of the power of attorney from Chelsea Clinton, an adult United States citizen, authorizing you to pursue this matter on her behalf.

Yours Respectfully,

etc.”

This will backfire on Clinton (Bill and Hillary).

The are lots of lawyers (in NYC and other places) who will take this on pro bono just to tweak that S*B’s nose.

If that picture is going to get him all upset, what would he do if she popped up on the internet vis-a-vis Paris Hilton?

I am not going there. No I'm not. Moving away from the keyboard....
