Yup, because he has not made good on an order to pay off more than $50,000 for the Petersons' medical bills that was part of his guilty plea to reckless driving in state court.

The Petersons' have already collected $465,000 from poppa's (I presume) insurance &, w/o knowing the details of the 'damages' they're claiming, I don't have a lot of sympathy for them concerning the civil suit.
