1.)'Criminal Exile' to whatever other continent is most appropriate in a given case. and

2.) 'Repatriation Incentives' for cases of non-criminal dysfunction to whatever other continent is most appropriate in a given case.

I pity the town of Jena. They didn’t deserve this. I saw a Jena 6 bumper sticker yesterday. I wonder how the driver would feel if he were the individual beaten unconscious if he thought dropping all charges against the attackers would be justice. It’s become, you’re either for defending people who hang nooses or you’re for the release of the Jena 6. Thanks Farakahn.
Now is the moral of the story you’re suppose to walk away from this with is if you don’t want your child be a victim of a hate crime, don’t send them to an integrated school?
