The Federal Building in Los Angeles is at 11000 Wilshire Blvd, on Wilshire and the 405 FWY. It is one of the busiest congested areas in the world.
On the 10th floor is the Federal Bureau of Investigation. That was today's destination. Many of us remember those good old days in 2000 in front of the Federal Building when we had hundreds of people demonstrating to keep Algore from stealing the presidency. I remember the bullhorn, the chants, and the hoarse voice three weekends in a row. I think my favorite chant was --- ALGORE WE ARE GETTING MAD; YOU CAN KISS OUR DIMPLED CHAD!
After speaking with the FBI on the phone on Friday regarding Hillary's campaign finance fraud and the phony FEC reports, they suggested I come in and tell the story. They open at 8am. It is a horrific drive from Upland. In traffic, it is probably two and a half hours. On a Sunday morning or about 2am, it is a little over an hour. Of course, a 2am drive in Los Angeles means that you have to watch out for drunk drivers like Jack Bauer, Brittney, Paris, Lindsey, and their fellow celebrity sluts.
The worst time to leave is probably about 7:30am. So, I decided that I would beat the traffic and leave at about 5am. When I got to the area, I could have breakfast or catch some shut eye in the Federal Building parking lot.
I was up until 12:30am and woke up bright and early at 4am. Although it was not stop and go traffic, it was quite busy. You can't imagine the number of crazy people on the road at 5am to go to work. As is typical, I cursed the traffic and yelled at the newsguy on the radio to tell 5 million people to go back home so we can enjoy this place again.
In the last adventure I reported, I discussed the restroom at Union Station in Los Angeles and my paranoia of thinking I might have heard a guy tapping his foot. Because the appellate court and superior court are close to the train station, I can take a relaxing ride on the MetroLink. Too bad it doesn't go to the Federal Building. Before the meeting, I used the restroom in the temporary shutdown cafeteria building. No foot tapping, but I saw an illegal alien trying to take a bath in the sink. Hey, at least it wasn't an Muslim terrorists doing a footbath deal. This guy was just washing his upper body.
After going through the scanning device, I headed up to the 10th floor and signed in. After several minutes I finally saw a human being behind the close, who told me that someone would help me about 8:15. I asked if I could take a photo of the FBI logo on the wall as a momento. She flipped. You got in here with a camera phone? How did you get in here with a camera phone? No, you can't take a picture. I asked if she wanted to cuff it and take it into custody, but she said it was okay. Fortunately, the cuff it line evoked a small smile instead of a taser. So, I sat down to wait did what I usually do in the dentist chair, in any waiting room, or while listening to a liberal speak. I closed my eyes and dozed.
The lady called to me a few times and I came back to consciousness. She pointed to a door and said to go push it and go throught it. The room was about 4 x 6, the perfect size for Bill and Hillary wearing orange about which I have fantasized in my dreams. It had two chairs. The agent behind the glass directed me to sit down. He didn't have a badge, so I asked his name. He wouldn't give it to me. He said he was just taking a preliminary report and, if my information was of value, he would pass it onto a team to investigate it.
I gave him a half hour speech, laying it all out for him. He took many pages of notes. We talked about the following:
- the website hillcap.org where the documents are stored and where the "smoking gun video" is displayed at the top
- we talked about Hillary on tape soliciting the million dollar plus hard money donation from Peter Paul
- we talked about Hillary on tape soliciting Cher's performance
- Hillary's fourth false FEC report in Jan. 2006 after the FEC had already determined that the campaign filed three false reports and hid $721K
- the video deposition of Spiderman Stan Lee in which he admits to a felony -- switching $100,000 checks
- Lee swearing that he gave no money, yet Hillary still declaring he gave $225,000
- several people giving conflicting testimony at the David Rosen trial; someone committed perjury
- treasurer Andrew Grossman testifying in the Rosen trial in May 2005 that he never heard about a million dollar even; well, Andrew, when you were served with Peter's lawsuit on July 3, 2001, Peter provided $1.6 mil of documentation; on July 11, 2000, Peter provided the same documenation with service accepted by David Kendall as Hillary's lying weasel counsel
- despite having the documentation, Hillary allowed Grossman to file a third false report on July 30. 2001 that declared $401,000 for Event 39
- the campaign never declared the cost of the Spago lunch or Gershman tea
- we have photos and video of Tendo Oto, who illegally paid 27K to attend the federal fundraiser; he sat directly behind the president and first lady; that money was never declared or returned
- Hillary's April 7, 2006 lying declaration; in her very first sentence after swearing she could and would testify competently, she claimed to have met Peter Paul in early 2000; we have film of them together at a private fundraiser laughing it up and recalling how they met in 1993 when he had his client Fabio chase her around the room and pick her up in a romance pose
- the Clinton-appointed federal judge in the Rosen case, A. Howard Matz, making incredible predjudicial statements about Peter before a word of evidence was heard; he also said Hillary had was not in the loop in any way; she had not stake in the trial as a party or principal; she wouldn't be called as a witness
- I asked the agent for an investigation of the Rosen trial and of the US attorney in the Eastern District of New York, who held the "smoking gun video" for two years while official investigations and a criminal trial were proceeding
- we talked about Ed Rendell, the DNC chair, who induced Peter to pay for a June 8, 2000 fundraiser for Al Gore at the Beverly Hills Hotel; the room was $80K, Olivia Newton John sang for $20K, and there was another $20K in other expenses; Rendell is not responsible for reporting to the FEC, but he is certainly responsible to see that the DNC treasurer receives the info so it can be reported; that in-kind contribution of $120K can be found no where in reports
- we talked about Howard Wolfson vowing to the voters that the campaign would take no money from Peter Paul; incredibly, he admitted in the WASHPOST that the event cost a million dollars, but........ it was in-kind and not a check! Hillary and everyone around her knew it cost over a million; Hillary was given proof in July 2001 as indicated above
- we talked about Kelly Craighead as agent for Hillary and White House employee directly soliciting a hard money, in-kind donation of over a million dollars
- I gave the agent the location of the documents and the damning video evidence

I stopped by the federal courtroom of Rosen judge, A. Howard Matz and left a 5-page surprise demand letter for him. I'll scan it and post it in a separate post.

I tried to make it clear that someone needs to be held accountable for withholding evidence that might have had a great impact on several investigations and a criminal trial. I wonder if I screwed up. I want to show HILLARY UNCENSORED in New York. Gee, I hope the US attorney doesn't hold a grudge.

Our friend Jayna Davis presented affidavits from 22 witnesses who identified the Iraqis assisting Tim McVeigh. They haven’t done anything about that.

2. Although I have fallen asleep during a root canal, I can never sleep on an airplane. That has almost killed me on red eye flights.
3. He was behind glass and not close. I have no idea if he was wearing cologne.
