“When private citizens start to believe that they can say whatever they want without being subject to the normal democratic process of selective sound-bite editing, and selective outrage, then it’s time for Congress to take action.”

LOL!

Michelle Malkin was right. This was generated because they needed their own "Betray Us" outrage following the debacle of the MoveOn.org ad.

It isn't working.

Desperation makes people do strange things. I cannot think of a more self-destructive thing for the Democrats to do than to repeatedly associate themselves with Jesse Macbeth and the like.

People who pay close attention will realize that Rush is right. People who pay scant attention will realize that Rush is probably right, because he is right 98.4% of the time. And people who are not paying attention will just think that the Democrat Party doth protest too much.

The only people who are buying this are the idiots at MoveOn and Code Pink, and they were for the Democrats already. What are they going to do, vote twice? (On second thought, don’t answer that...)

Yep, Reid probably should have taken on a foe that was a little closer to his own, single digit IQ. This is like one of those lady finger firecrackers going off next to a hydrogen bomb. This time, Reid has bitten off way, way more than he can chew.

Just when you think the Senator from Nevada can't possibly be more absurd, he outdoes himself once again. I wonder if the voters in Nevada are proud of their Senator attacking the free speech of a private citizen? I also wonder if the good voters of Nevada are proud of the way Senator Reid has placed his lies in the Congressional record? (again)
