“...along with accusing Fred of being pro-abortion,...”
Heck, that’s nothin’. The head liar himself, Willard, said a few weeks back that RONALD REAGAN was an adamant pro-abort (ahem, “pro-choice” - the fraud even still TALKS like a pro-abort).
That he’s consistently lied about Ronald Reagan’s record on abortion is pretty much the nail in the coffin that persuaded me that the man is a fraud.

Hey, I’ve known Precious Willard for 13 years, going back to his first Senate run. He thinks he can get away with shining on the GOP primary voters just like he did with MA voters in running against the fat pig from High Anus Port. He proclaimed himself a disciple of Slick Willie Weld, the ultimate trojan horse for the Democrats, who got the ball rolling on destroying the MA GOP in the ‘90s, and Romney finished the job with his departure from office back in January. Precious helped make the wildest dream of the MA Democrats come to pass last November — for the first time since 1854, not a single Republican won or held either statewide or federal elective office, none. That’s what Precious wants to bring to DC, and it is why he is so dangerous. Not even Hillary could accomplish such a feat.
Blah blah blah. Mitt Romney is a fine man and not a liar. This issue of Ronald Reagan signing pro choice legislation in California has been discussed fully and is old news. If you want to know how many unborn babies lost their lives because of Reagan’s signature on that legislation, I can find it, but I know it was the biggest regret of his life. I think Romney was trying to commiserate with Reagan on the matter.
MICHAEL REAGAN
The son of President Reagan wrote the following in Human Events about Mitt Romney:
Some Republicans insist that the only perfect candidate would be a clone of my Dad, Ronald Reagan. Aside from the fact that there is no such thing, its important to recognize that Ronald Reagan, as he often admitted, was anything but perfect.
One of the criticisms about former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney focuses on his record concerning the abortion issue. We are told by the modern day Diogenes clones that he cant be trusted to fight abortion because he once, more or less, supported a womans right to butcher her baby.
It may come as a surprise to these purists, but Ronald Reagan once supported abortion too. Yet nobody ever questioned his strong pro-life credentials after his conversion to Republicanism. They accepted his sincerity. Why cant they accept Mitt Romneys?
Romneys record shows he should be totally acceptable to all conservatives, yet because of one dubious question concerning the validity of his conversion to the pro-life side, he is deemed unsuitable to carry the conservative banner.
