Email From Harry Reid

Dear (xxxx),

I normally ignore Rush Limbaugh, but his comments last Wednesday went too far for me to remain silent. It's one thing to call me "Dingy Harry" - it's another to insult our men and women in uniform, calling those who oppose the war "phony soldiers" as Rush did during his Sept. 26 broadcast.

Of course, Rush continued his tirade Monday by denying he had said anything wrong and attacking John Murtha, who served 37 years in the Marines.

This week, 41 Democrats signed a letter to Clear Channel CEO Mark Mays, demanding that Rush apologize.

You can send your own letter to Mays by clicking here.

In December 2006, a poll run by the Military Times found that only 35 percent of service members approved of President Bush's handling of the war in Iraq. Would Rush consider every other Soldier, Sailor, Airman and Marine to be phony? What about General John Batiste who retired from active duty in order to speak out against this war?

Rush has the courage to sit behind a microphone and lash out at those who oppose George Bush's misadventure in Iraq - yet when it was his time to serve, he received a deferment and has never worn a uniform.

Limbaugh's show is broadcast on Armed Forces Radio, and therefore service members around the world heard his insults. It's time for Clear Channel to make Rush apologize.

Demand that Clear Channel CEO Mark Mays take action by clicking here.

Rush certainly has the right to say whatever he wants - but we have an obligation to speak out when he goes too far.

Thank you,

Harry Reid

Dear Sen. Reid, I have always spoken disparagingly of Lee Harvey Oswald. But then I learned that he served in the United States Marine Corps. I will inform others who speak ill of Mr. Oswald to respect his service.

Get me a bucket, I’m gonna puke.

This is getting ridiculous. They just keep on lying and their little sheep believe it. It really pisses me off that they continue to do this. At no time did Rush say anything like this. But hell, if you keep on repeating a lie sooner or later you tend to believe it.

So, let me get this staright. The Democrats are the ones who get to decide that someone has gone 'too far'? There is so much wrong with this letter that I wouldn't know where to begin. Dingy must need money.

Used their form and put MY words in it.
“Dear Mr. Mays,
DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE TRAITOROUS DOGS IN WASHINGTON.
RUSH SHOULD GET AN APOLOGY FROM REID”

Wonder how far it goes?

One wonders to the depths to which dhimmicrats can sink. Evidently, the number is non-computable.

Lee Harvey Oswald served. Jesse Macbeth did not.

Lee Harvey Oswald did not claim that he served in Iraq and slaughtered families. Jesse Macbeth did.

Lee Harvey Oswalk has not been quoted in the foreign press in condemnation of the current US war effort. Jesse Macbeth has.

Perhaps Dingey Harry can tell us about the stellar military service of Dan Rather, Randi Rhodes, Al Franken, Rosie O’Donnell and Sean Penn, since they have no problem advocating surrender.

And I guess it takes a lot of courage, Dingey Harry, for you and your ilk, including phoney record Harkin and that wonderful Marine Murtha to slander soldiers and private citizens from the comfy floor of the Senate, where you enjoy immunity from civil liabilty for the statements you make.

You and your ilk make me fear for our country, sir. Here’s a thought, you despicable TRAITOR, why don’t you ask the Marines currently serving in Iraq, who DO listen to Rush vi the internet, whom they trust more.

Then do the nation a favor and resign.

What liars. Even if Rush said what they say he said (which he did NOT), I’ve heard FAR WORSE coming from the senate floor and in the congress by these stupid lying liberals.

I cannot stand them!

If you aren’t a Democrat, you’ve gone to far.

If MoveOn.PAC disagrees with your positions on the war, you’ve gone to far (just ask Lieberman).

If this was an actual truthful story the NY Slimes and Washington Compost would be doing 50 days of front page stories.

What uniform did Jesse Macbeth wear? Where was he deployed?

Harry is a bigger thug that Senator Joseph McCarthy and I want to see this moment in history books.

Jesse MacBeth did not hide his rifle in John Kerry’s cousin’s garage. Lee Harvey Oswald did.

Now that’s a great idea. Here’s what I sent:

“Mr Mays - I thought I take the opportunity afforded to me by that traitorous Senator Harry Reid under guise of an email to the DNC faithful to tell you that rather than chastise Mr. Limbaugh, who has done more for the morale of our fighting men and women, you should instead devote a few billboards to ask Harry Reid to resign immediately from the Senate for hiding behind his immunity from prosecution by slandering a patriotic American from the floor of the Senate.”

If this e-mail is paid for by the DNC, then isn’t he violating a rule against politicing in the “hallowed halls” of congress?
