I think both were wrong in this case.

Jonny Fairplay's behavior was offensive and over the line and Danny Bonaduce's response went too far.

He could have gotten Fairplay off without causing physical injury (and in fact he apologize for injuring him) But nobody can expect a guy to always respond rationally when something like this happens.

So I think the decision not to bring charges was the right one.

I saw the vid. Danny was assaulted. The hurt fella was hurt by accident. If he were hurt on purpose, I would still side with danny. O’reilly is a *&%O#E idiot and should be shut down. ?*^%(# orielly and the horse he rode in on. All this crap in the senate about rush is really stupid. Also mitigating the dryhumper's claim would be the fact that he was a former wrestler. He should know how to take a fall.

Danny Bonaduce's response went too far.

Bonaduce was sweet to the idiot. He could have taken his head off. I've seen Bonaduce do nunchucks and he has a black belt in at least one martial art. And here not afraid of a fight:
