STUART — Famed Stuart attorney Willie Gary said Friday he is the target of a $20-million extortion scheme by a woman who accused him of sexual battery.

Gary said a friend of the woman called repeatedly, offering to “make the problem go away” if he paid.

Gary said Stuart police are investigating the woman's claims and a counter report of his own, but he maintained he is absolutely innocent.

"I am aware that some people, a group of people, have made a false claim against me involving sexual battery, and it's absolutely, positively false . . ." said the attorney, who once won a $192.5 million settlement against Coca Cola in a racial discrimination suit. "There's zero truth to this allegation. Write this down, there is zero truth to this!"

“There’s zero truth to this allegation. Write this down, there is zero truth to this!”

The gesture needs work. You’re supposed to wag your finger, not point it at the sky.

Is Anita Hill the accuser? He must be guilty then, right? Oops, wrong decade.

" said the attorney... "There's zero truth to this allegation. Write this down, there is zero truth to this!"

Well that's it then. As we know, if an attorney says it, it must be true.

Wouldn't it be great if this case made it to the Supreme Court, and Clarence Thomas got to rule on it?

Someone ask Hillary *NOW* if the "seriousness of the charge" outweighs all other considerations.

But given how she reacted about Bimbo Eruptions (she headed the damage control), and about Juannita Brodderick, I think we already can guess her answer.

Cheers!

Pure speculation on my part, but, I wouldn’t be surprised if Willie Gary didn’t have his eye on a seat at the Supreme Court.

Let’s see if I understand this correctly. He is a confidant of the Clintons and he is suspected of RAPE. What a cioncidence. I just can’t beleive it. Wouldn’t it just be easier to lock up all of the Clinton friends. Maybe we could call it crime prevention.

"I am aware that some people, a group of people, have made a false claim against me involving sexual battery, and it's absolutely, positively false . . ." >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The complainant obviously consented to the battery. Its a dem thing. And then they talk about the first thing that comes up, which is usually a promise of future employment. When the promise is not kept? BATTERY BINGO!

This POS obviously had his way with the complainant, and then did something to royally piss her off. Bad mistake beano. Now he will rot in hail by being tied to the Hildebeast, forever.

The interesting fact that proves Willy was a bad boy is the fact that the press will not print the camplainants name, so we cannot get the details such as Willy's willy characteristics, the friendly weapon with which the battery was carried out.

You're very witty. Old, but witty. As for me, I'm far, far too young to remember the commercial you're referencing here! ;-)

blech, private industry should be able to discriminate against whomever they wish, even though it probably didn't even happen here. Trial lawyers on the prowl.
