Paul Faugno, a lawyer for Metropolitan Plant Exchange, said Quixal worked at the store for six years without a problem.

Six years of employment and yet, Quixal's lawyer, Michael Orozco, argued that Quixal had trouble understanding English and did not know what was going on when he confessed to police.

Doubt it!

Seems to me ICE should be taking a hard look at the owners of the store.

Let’s see, this case alone, enterpreter,lawyer, court costs, prison costs, lawyer for the civil case, all paid by US .....this guy sure paid his way and helped out our economy!

I can’t even get into to emotional costs for that child. Generally these perverts pick on other ‘immigrant’ victims, who don’t tell. If anyone thinks this is the first, think again!

WHERE’s THE FENCE!!????
