My wife misplaced our safe deposit box key - and I needed my SS card or passport for verification. Both were in the box. Luckily, we found the key, but it took about a month. 90 days shouldn’t be too hard unless you simply aren’t trying.

Oh, they can’t get verification back in 90 days,

but they expected us to believe they could turn around a criminal investigation in 24 hours to prevent allowing illegal immigrant criminals to stay under the amnesty bill?

YEAH, why doesn’t this “Jorge” character use Karl’s mind control satellite to control those nasty judges??

Nah, it’s just another one of Bush’s elaborate conspiracies.

That sort of leaves us with the second choice then.

U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,

and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"

Invasion: \In*va"sion\, n. [L. invasio: cf. F. invasion. See Invade.] [1913 Webster]

1. The act of invading; the act of encroaching upon the rights or possessions of another; encroachment; trespass.

QUISLING: a synonym for traitor, someone who collaborates with the invaders of his country.

Current federal law 8USC 1373(a) PROHIBITS SANCTUARY CITIES. It reads as follows:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of federal, state, or local law, a federal, state, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual."

When it comes to Bush these days, I’ll have to admit to suffering from BDS as it relates to some issues.

Well, we’ll see how stridently the Justice Department objects to this ruling.

Judge Breyer is the brother of Justice Stephen G. Breyer of the Supreme Court and was nominated by President Bill Clinton in 1997.

U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer of San Francisco, the one behind blocking this crackdown from happening, was appointed by Bill Clinton. Just imagine what kinds of judges Hillary will appoint if she’s elected...

Well apparently, this judge doesn’t agree with you, doesn’t he? This judge is undoing what Pres. Bush is trying to do, and you’re blaming the Pres.? With some of you people, Pres. Bush can’t win for anything! (and yes, he is still President Bush, and not “Jorge”!!)

Lou Dobbs can't take much more of this either. He was under the weather and is back at CNN but I don't know how his blood pressure can take it. This is maddening but at least most of us aren't on tv.

I won't vote for a candidate who's weak on ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. It is an invasion and we are not bigots or racists. This is our country. Song: This is My Country

Calling the House and Senate on this issue seems reasonable to me. That is about the only recourse we have a the moment. Otherwise we should all work to elect those that appoint good judges, i.e., not such as this one.

Great. With Mel Martinez and Bill Nelson, what have I got to lose? Mel is stepping down from the RNC Chair but I’m not sure when he’s going.
