Yes, and the DOJ is too busy prosecuting Border patrolmen to do anything about good ol’ Sandy.

For what it’s worth, Fox & Friends will be covering this story tomorrow. They seem to be the only ones mentioning it.

Sandy Bergler in re polygraph test

A) Will never take test

B) Results will absolve him

C) Results will be declared ambiguous

D) Resuts will implicate GWB in document theft

(The only polygraph question: “Do you FEEL you did anything wrong?)

You silly damned sheep....
The Clintonoids are NOT subject to YOUR laws, nor are they required to keep commitments to YOU people, nor obey their oath of office...

Dumb asses - never learn...
Thus you are doomed to another 8 years of these criminals and traitorous bastards in office....

Kiss your children good night, and try to explain how you voted their birthright away and enslaved them.

Hillary would name Berger as National Security Advisor. Janet's getting fitted with a straitjacket to resume her old position. Dr. Elders, answer the phone. Pres Clinton is on the line.

"Moanica, as you were-----under the desk."

Berger's only polygraph question: “Do you FEEL you did anything wrong?

Let me rephrase that in case Sandy didn't understand it:

"As a tolerant and compassionate Democrat, who did it 'for the children and to advance peace in the Mideast' you don't really feel you did anything wrong, do you?"

Last time I looked, the Democratic Party did not have hiring and firing authority at the Justice Department. Wake up. This is a Bush problem, not a Democratic problem.

“wake up! this is a bush problem, not a democratic problem.”

no it’s not and yes it is. something else is in operation here besides bureaucratic rules about hiring and firing.

How long until it's a "hate Crime" to hunt down and convict DemoRats?
I'm sure Pelosi has the bill lurking somewhere.

Get real.

After the deal the Bush Justice Department cut with Berger, do you honestly think they are concerned with justice being served?

I don’t know why, but Justice knowingly allowed Berger to skate.

"Many conservatives burrowed within the Department of Justice have long complained that Gonzales has permitted career government employees and hold-overs from Democratic Administrations to remain in perches of power and thereby water down conservative directives from the top. As one conservative and Federalist Society member in the Justice Department told me: “This is definitely not Ronald Reagan’s Justice Department, I assure you. You have holdovers from Clinton calling the shots in a lot of places here.” "

Way to go, President Bush. Nice job.
