"The NAS study also reports that Sandra Fuiten abandoned her pursuit of a social-work degree at the University of Illinois at Springfield after the professor, in a course that required students to lobby the legislature on behalf of positions prescribed by the professor, told her that it is impossible to be both a social worker and an opponent of abortion.

Why are such schools of indoctrination permitted in institutions of higher education? And why are people of all political persuasions taxed to finance this propaganda?"

The following is a true story. A close friend after several years on Wall street could stand the pressure no longer. He left and attempted to find a teaching position at some University. He applied at a large midwestern university. He has a PhD and had taught before being in the business world.

He was told by a member of the committe who interviewed him that all like him and thought him competent, but some objected because he seemed to be a REPUBLICAN.

He didn’t get the job. It was given to a Marxist Critical Theorist with much less experience, a PhD from a second tier school, but she said all the right political things in the interview.

My friend later got a job teaching in the South.

I can tell you that in the midwest even in the late 70's early 80's the social services classes were way out front on liberalism. I had to fill a sociology requirement and just took whatever class fit my available time slot.. I ended up with a class called Introduction to Social Welfare. We spent the majority of the time talking about abortion and homosexuality. The teacher and as far as I can remember the entire class was way out there in left field on those issues. I never spoke up (in protest) in a class so much in my life. Needless to say I never took another class in that field, but they certainly made a lifetime impression on me. Liberals have been corrupting the minds and lives of children from way back. They cleverly started with kids no one really cares about through gov't social services. Even now no one pays attention to them. Oh you get the occasional glimpse like you did in some Texas program....by mostly people just ignore it because it isn't their kid.

First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

Only Congress has the power to establish a religion and they are restricted from doing so. A prayer in school does not establish a religion, and a manger scene on public property does not establish a religion. People saying the Lord Jesus Christ's name does not establish a religion. Using God in the Pledge of Allegiance does not establish a Religion. Congress passing a law that says we all have to go to the Glory Bound Baptist Church every Sunday establishes a religion.

Now, Congress is also forbidden from prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Hence, the law of the land says you can not tell me that I can not put a manger scene or the Ten Commandments up. You can not tell me I can not pray. You can not tell me I can not say God in the Pledge of Allegiance. Also, you have the freedom not to say it. That is fine, but I also have the freedom to say this:

Socialist/Communist wish to remove God from public view so you and I will begin to forget about God. Why do they want you to forget about God? Well, I am an American. I pray to my God and we handle my problems. I do not pray to my Government. Once people have forgotten how to pray to their God for help, they will begin to pray to the Government for help. From the cradle to the grave.

You and I were given God Given Rights (Inalienable Rights). No man or Government is allowed to take them away. IF you don't want to pledge to laws that are given to you by God then that is your choice. Just remember that man and/or Governments can give and take your rights away. It is imperative that we keep God in public view.

The same liberal “disposition” is required in several colleges for teachers in training.

I took a Women’s Studies course at a major university in 1989. I thought I would get a balanced view of things. Gee was I naive.

It was horrible, I felt sad for the women who were thinking that this is the way they should look at the world.

With his blatant support of Rudy and his unscrupulous attacks against Fred, I have a hard time wasting even a minute of my time reading anything from somebody so willing to turn his back on conservatism and support a RHINO.
