The point is it is legal, and if a pharmacy sells the drug, you should have the right to buy it. The argument about the moral implications of the use of the drug is a different argument. At no time did I say it was “OK” or “good” I’m just saying that so long as it is legal, you should have the right to access it at a store that sells it.

If the pharmacist does not want to sell the legal drug, then they ought to work in a store that does not sell it. It’s like a clerk refusing to sell condoms because they are Catholic, or some one refusing to sell bullets because they could be used to kill someone, or a Muslim refusing to sell a customer alcohol, it's simply ridiculous.

I understand you oppose the drug, and thats fine. A solid argument can be made for banning the sale of this drug. But, until it is illegal, the public has a right to buy it at store that sells it. If you do not want to sell it, the work somewhere that does not stock the item.

...if a pharmacy sells the drug....

Should the government be able to FORCE a pharmacy to sell the drug?

1) The distasteful fact that the drug is legal does not give you or anyone else the right to buy it at a particular store.

2) Your arguement is flimsy and I already answered it at post #70.
