He should think long and hard before continuing his appeal. This is a hard case to win. The best case scenario is that it ends in a hung jury and he will get an even stiffer sentence.

Yeah, he needs to end his stalling techniques and let it just hang loose. Taking matters into his own hands and jerking around with the outcome will only result in a sticky mess worse than what he’s already willingly stuck his tongue out and swallowed.
